Here are some useful TED talks. If you are not familiar with Ted Talks, they are a series of brief presentations put together by a number of experts in their respective fields. Each presenter gives a summary of a digestible amount of their insights and expertise. A number of the presenters I have included in this list are authors of books listed in my recommendation reading list. With our busy lives is it often hard to fit in the time to read a whole book and a 15 minute summary can really assist in gathering new information helpful to mental health. I hope you enjoy these.
