For those of you who have been through the Hornets and Hippos workshops, the recording will sound familiar. This is the first mindful moment we use in the class.
This seven-minute introductory video, which is called Mindfulness Practice: Your Body is Looking out for You, is set to relaxing music and will help introduce some basic mindfulness skills and build relaxation.
